A. GENERAL ISSUES

A1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To make a purchase of our product(s):

  1. First, add the item(s) you wish to purchase into the Shopping Cart.
  2. After you have made your selections, you can then proceed to the Checkout Page.
  3. For Shipping & Delivery purpose, you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Please make sure all information is accurately filled to guarantee a smooth and successful transaction. A valid payment information is also required to pay for the order.
  4. Please also make sure you have provided a correct e-mail address so we can send you back a Confirmation e-mail to notify you the success of your purchase order.
  5. A receipt will be attached in the confirmation e-mail as well.

 

A2. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

If you have made a purchase and haven’t received our confirmation e-mail within TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours after your payment, please drop us an E-MAIL at the soonest possible and we will help to resolve the situation.

 

A3. I HAVE CHOSEN AN INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE.

If you have chosen an incorrect item or size after checkout, please do not panic. Simply drop us an E-MAIL at the soonest possible and we will help to resolve the situation.

 

A4. I WISH TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER.

For any changes in a confirmed order, simply drop us an E-MAILat the soonest possible and we will help to resolve the situation.

 

B. USER ACCOUNT

B1. WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN USER ACCOUNT?

All new customers are required to create a User Account with us so you can track the status of your order. We will also be able to use the information you have provided to better help with your needs.

With your permission, we will send you newsletters by e-mail to keep you updated with the release of our new product(s). You can choose to opt out of this option during the registration of the User Account.

All returning customers, please Log In into your account before proceeding to checkout.

 

B2. WHY IS MY ACCOUNT DELETED?

There are a few reasons:

(a) we believe that you are using your Account in breach of our TERMS OF USE,

(b) we believe that a Third Party is using your Account without your consent, or

(c) we need to terminate or suspend your Account for security or maintenance purposes.

If you think there has been a mistake, please don’t hesitate to contact us by E-MAIL and we will try to resolve your problems at the soonest possible.
