A. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You are able to return and receive a full refund of any purchased product(s) within THIRTY (30) days of receiving your order.
If you wish to make a return:
- First, download the Return & Exchange Form, print and fill in the required fields.
- Send an E-MAIL with the filled Return & Exchange Form to notify us.
- Send out the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. A reminder that all returns or exchanges shall be sent back to our warehouse specified.
- Once we received the returned product(s), we will check the product condition and verify the order history.
- Once the verification is successful, we will then proceed with the payment refund.
The returned product(s) must be in a new and unworn condition. The product(s) shall be packed the same way it was delivered.
Since watches are delicate and fragile goods, they shall be handled with extra care.
To avoid any damages during transportation, they shall be placed inside the box(es) provided and the watch dial shall be placed facing upwards.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses during transportation.
B. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
If you wish to exchange your purchased product(s), please follow the Return Instruction above (Section A) and send the product(s) back to us.
- If you wish to exchange for a product with the same or lesser price, simply proceed with a new order, we will refund you the full amount (if the new product(s) is the same value), or we will refund you the difference (if the new product(s) is lesser value).
- If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, simply proceed with a new order. We will refund you the difference (the price of the new product(s) minus the price of the returned product(s)).
- In order to receive any refund payment during an exchange, we must first receive the original returned product(s) you wish to exchange.
C. HOW DO I CHECK IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED PRODUCT(S)?
Once we have received your returned product(s), you will receive an E-Mail from us acknowledging and confirming the approval of the return/exchange.
You shall then receive your refund within SEVEN (7) businesses days.
If you haven’t received an E-Mail from us within TWO (2) weeks from the date you shipped the product(s), please contact us by sending an E-MAIL and attach your order number and package tracking number.
